For one client, we combined content from different Rockstar classes to create a 2-part, 4-hour class, “How to Plan, Manage & Deliver a Customer Loyalty Study.” Key content included:

  • How to manage the market research agency
  • How to prepare your internal audience for Customer Loyalty research results
  • Delivering research results to executive audiences

The class was delivered in-person, and a narrated version of the content was also delivered as a Flash file for attendees’ reference.


Kathryn Korostoff

Kathryn Korostoff is founder and lead instructor at Research Rockstar. Over the past 25 years, she has personally directed more than 600 primary market research projects and published over 100 bylined articles in magazines. She is also a professor at Boston University, where she teaches grad students how to analyze and report quantitative data.
