In-depth Interviews (IDIs) are one-on-one qualitative research events conducted by phone, webcam, on location, or in a focus group facility. They usually last 15-60 minutes and are commonly used in both consumer and B2B research. Some researchers refer to “TDIs,” which are telephone-depth interviews.
