Thanks to all who voted for the 2020 Wrap Party! This was not planned, but since we’ve had so much interest, let’s do it! Let’s celebrate that 2020 is almost over and share our hopes for the world of Market Research & Insights in 2021. The date that won with the the most votes:

What: A webcam-optional, 1-hour celebration with raffles for some awesome market research goodies (including one of my favorite market research books, a $195 value).

Who: For Research Rockstar students and instructors, and with 3 special market research experts who will join Kathryn Korostoff to share predictions for market research in 2021. Our guests:

  • Caron Merrill is the Director of Customer Insights at CVS Health. An executive-level researcher who has had leadership roles as both a client-side and agency-side researcher, Caron will join the conversation with her predictions for market research in 2021.
  • JC Punzalan is the Executive Director at AplusA Research. In addition to just being an all-around market research pro, JC has deep expertise in social and health research—topics we are all interested in these days!
  • Michelle LeGros is an Insights Executive who has built and led insights functions for Fortune 100 companies. She has also mentored countless market research, marketing, and product development professionals across many industries in the art of insights & research.
