Quantitative Data

Quantitative data is consistent, structured, and easily measurable data that in market research is most often obtained through surveys or experiments. It numerically measures data.

Example: Survey results from asking 500 people to identify their favorite Disney character and predefining what they can choose as an answer: Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, or Goofy. We learn which Disney character is most often preferred.
